Copper Disc Butterfly Resin Necklace

This was definitely an experiment. Although you really can’t see it, over the butterfly is a crystal prism watch bezel. I placed it over the butterfly graphic and then poured clear resin over it. The copper disc was textured, oxidized, hand cleaned and tumbled in a rotary tumbler. I soldered a sweet roll printed bail on the back. The chain is a SilverSilk ™ chain of woven copper over sterling silver ball chain. It is a favorite product of mine to use for pendants. The chain measures 20″ long and the copper disc is 1 3/4″ in diameter.
